Is Essietress hair really raw?

Yes. Single-donor, never processed, never steamed. The texture is exactly what was donated.

What's the difference between Raw and Virgin?

Virgin hair is unprocessed but may be lightly steamed for a uniform texture. Raw is completely untouched — the texture is the donor's natural texture, exactly as it grew.

Are your wigs ready to wear?

Yes — every wig in our atelier ships pre-styled, pre-plucked, and with bleached knots. Put it on and go.

What densities do you offer?

Most of our wigs are 200%–300% density for a full, luxurious finish.
